These terms are the agreement between you and Adfura when you start in @adfurabot, see a discovery preview, or use Connect. Please read them. The most important parts are sections 6 to 10: they explain what you allow us to do in your Telegram ad account, a rule of Telegram's you should know about, what neither we nor Telegram can undo, and what we will and will not advertise.
1. Who we are
Adfura runs Telegram Ads campaigns for advertisers. Adfura provides the service these terms describe and receives the fees. "We" and "us" mean Adfura.
Adfura is independent. We are not part of Telegram, and Telegram does not endorse or partner with us. "Telegram" and "Telegram Ads" are the names of their owner. We use them only to say which platform our service works with.
These terms cover three things: getting started in @adfurabot, discovery (section 4), and the Connect beta. Managed, in which we run your ads from ad accounts we hold, is not offered yet. It, and any other plan we offer later, will come with its own terms.
2. Who can use Adfura
- You use Adfura for your business, not as a private consumer.
- You are at least 18 and may accept these terms for your business.
- The laws that apply to you allow you to advertise on Telegram and to pay us.
- What you tell us is true, and the links you give us are yours (section 3).
3. Getting started in @adfurabot
We sell Adfura directly, and you start in @adfurabot. The bot takes you through these steps and shows you what each one needs:
- Your language: Persian or English.
- Your link: the bot, channel or Mini App you want to advertise. It must be one you own or run, and you prove that it is yours in the way @adfurabot asks.
- The niche check: we put what you advertise in one of the lanes in section 10, and tell you what that lane means for you before you pay.
- The discovery preview (section 4).
- Your budget and your target cost per result, and the ad text you write or approve.
- Connecting your ad account (sections 5 to 7).
- Payment of our fee (section 12).
Before you give us your token or pay, the bot shows you these terms and our privacy policy and asks you to accept them, including the risk described in section 7. We record who accepted, which version and when.
Nothing before payment costs you anything or commits you to anything. You can stop at any step, and delete what you gave us by sending /leave or /delete in @adfurabot. Once you have paid, those commands no longer delete anything: to stop the service see section 15, and to have your data deleted see our privacy policy (section 9).
We message you in @adfurabot about your setup and, once you are a customer, about your service. We send you no other marketing unless you ask for it. What we collect, and why, is in our privacy policy (section 3.1).
4. Discovery: the preview and the full run
Discovery means finding the channels, bots and search keywords where your ads could run, and what advertising there typically costs. It draws on public Telegram information about channels and bots, and on market statistics about prices (section 14.2).
- Before you pay, a free preview. At the niche check we show you what our catalogue already holds for your niche: how many places there are to advertise, and their price ranges. The preview names no channel, bot or other placement, and it starts no new search.
- After you pay, the full run. Discovery is part of the paid service. Once your first payment is confirmed, we run the full discovery for your niche and your link, normally within 24 hours. Your fee pays for it; there is no separate charge.
- Names. A placement's full name appears only once it has spent your money in a campaign we run for you.
- What the full run finds joins our catalogue. That is information about public channels and bots, not about you, and we may use it for other advertisers. Nothing you tell us and none of your results go with it (section 14.2).
- An estimate, not a promise. The preview and the full run describe the market at that moment. Neither promises a price, a number of placements or any result (section 9.3).
- For your own business. Ask only about links you own or run. Do not send bulk or automated requests, or export, copy or resell what we show you.
5. How Connect works
- You keep your own Telegram ad account. You stay its owner and the advertiser.
- You create an Ads API token in that account and give it to us in @adfurabot. The token lets our software act in your account, as section 6 describes.
- You add money to your ad account yourself, directly with Telegram. We never receive, hold or move your ad money. We collect only our fee (section 12).
- You tell us the link to advertise, the ad text (or you approve text we write), your niche, your budget and your target cost per result.
- After your payment is confirmed, we run the full discovery for your niche (section 4).
- We run your ads within your budget, aiming for your target cost per result, and show you the results in @adfurabot.
- Connect is a beta (section 16).
6. What you authorise us to do in your ad account
When you give us your token and confirm in @adfurabot, you authorise Adfura's software to do the following in your Telegram ad account:
- Read your ads, budgets, balance, spend, statistics, transactions and Telegram's review decisions.
- Create ads for the link you approved, with ad text you wrote or approved. We may run many ads at the same time, create them in batches, and give them neutral titles.
- Set and change each ad's bid (its price per thousand views, "CPM") and its daily limit, and pause and restart ads.
- Move money inside your account: add budget from your account's free balance to an ad, and take an ad's unspent budget back to your free balance.
- Send ads to Telegram's review.
- Delete ads we created once they are finished and their unspent budget is back in your free balance.
We always stay inside your instructions:
- We keep your spend within your budget. Telegram's timing can let a little more through (section 9.1).
- We advertise only the link you approved, with text you wrote or approved.
- We leave alone any ad you created yourself, unless you ask us to manage it.
We never take money out of your account, which Telegram does not allow anyway. We never change a link after Telegram has reviewed the ad (section 11). We never change your account's settings or who owns it.
This authorisation lasts until you end the service or revoke your token (section 15). You can change your instructions at any time in @adfurabot.
7. A Telegram rule you should know about
Telegram's Ad Platform Terms of Service (section 3.3(e), https://ads.telegram.org/tos) say that an advertiser must not let a third party bid in Telegram's auctions from the advertiser's account.
With Connect, our software places bids in your account for you. Telegram has not approved this arrangement, and it may treat it as a breach of its terms by you. If it does, it could restrict, suspend or close your ad account. Under its terms, money left in the account is not refunded (section 8).
By connecting, you confirm three things:
- you have read this section;
- you choose to give us the authorisation in section 6 anyway;
- as the account's owner, you accept this risk.
If Telegram contacts you about Adfura, please tell us. If you ask us to stop, we stop at once. If Telegram opens a route for managing advertisers' accounts that we can use, we will offer to move you to it.
8. Your ad money stays in your Telegram account
Money in your Telegram ad account cannot be withdrawn, moved to another account or refunded. This is section 4.3 of Telegram's Ad Platform Terms of Service. Once you add money, it can only be spent on ads in that account.
- Add only what you plan to spend. We will suggest how much to add and when, so you do not add more than you need.
- When we take an ad's unspent budget back to your free balance, the money stays in your ad account. It does not come back to your wallet.
- Our refunds (section 13) cover our fee only. We cannot get ad money back from Telegram for you, and we are not responsible for money that Telegram keeps.
9. Timing, review and results
9.1 Changes take 15 to 60 minutes. Telegram applies a change to an ad (a new bid, a pause or a budget change) at least 15 and at most 60 minutes after it is made. This is section 3.4(b) of its Ad Platform Terms of Service. During that time an ad can keep spending, even after you or we have paused it. That spend is part of your ad spend.
9.2 Review has no deadline. Telegram reviews new ads, and some changes, before they run. It sets no deadline for that review (section 3.2(a)), and it may decline an ad. We promise only our own part of the timing: once you finish setup and your payment is confirmed, your first ads are normally in Telegram's review within about 10 minutes. Where your niche needs the full discovery run first (section 4), that can take up to 24 hours. We never promise when an ad will be approved or go live, or that it will be at all.
9.3 No promised results. Prices in Telegram's auctions change, and your results also depend on your product and your audience. Apart from the guarantee in section 13, we do not promise any cost, or any number of views, clicks, subscribers or sales.
10. What we advertise and what we refuse
Before you pay, we check what you advertise and put it in one of four lanes. We may check again at any time, for example when your link or your product changes. Connect runs in your own ad account. Managed is not offered yet (section 1); its column says what it will run once it is.
| Lane | Examples | Connect (your own ad account) | Managed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clean | Most bots, channels, Mini Apps, games and services | Open to you. | Open to you. |
| Allowed but risky | Crypto, trading, forex | Open to you, at double the fee (section 12.1). | Never. |
| Banned by Telegram's ad rules | Anything that section 5 of Telegram's Ad Policies does not allow | We submit your ad as written, and Telegram's review decides (below). | Never. |
| Scams and illegal goods | Fraud, fake investment schemes, phishing, stolen data, counterfeits, and anything illegal under the laws that apply to you, to your audience or to us | Refused, even in your own account and even at your own risk. | Refused. |
Anything that is illegal under those laws is in the last lane, even if Telegram's rules also cover it.
Telegram-banned niches in Connect. In your own ad account we do not refuse these on Telegram's behalf. Telegram's review decides.
- At the niche check, before you pay, we tell you that your niche is in this lane and that Telegram is likely to decline your ads.
- We send your ad to Telegram's review exactly as you wrote or approved it, with the link you approved. If Telegram declines it, it stays declined.
- We never disguise an ad to get it past review: no altered spelling, no code words, no wording that hides what you sell, and no link that shows the reviewer something other than what your audience gets (section 11).
- Telegram may restrict, suspend or close an account whose ads break its policies, and money in the account is not refunded (section 8). As the account's owner you take this risk, as in section 7, and the bot asks you to confirm it.
- Our fee is not refunded because Telegram declines your ads, and the guarantee in section 13 does not apply in this lane.
If your lane changes, we may pause your ads until we have checked again.
11. Rules for ad content
You are responsible for what you advertise: the product, the link, and the ad text you write or approve. Telegram's Ad Policies and Guidelines (https://ads.telegram.org/guidelines) apply to every ad in your account, and Telegram enforces them in its review. Whatever your lane, you must never try to get an ad round that review. In particular:
- Section 5: the content Telegram bans. In Connect, Telegram's review decides whether your ad is allowed (section 10). Never disguise an ad to get it through.
- Section 5.4: no ad text that compares your brand with another brand.
- Section 4.4: once an ad has passed review, do not change what its link leads to so that people see something other than what Telegram reviewed. That means no cloaking and no bait-and-switch.
We follow the same rules in the text we write for you and in how we run your ads. We never change a link after review.
You confirm that you have the rights to the names, logos and content in your ads. You also confirm that your product may lawfully be advertised to the people your ads reach.
If we believe your product is in the last lane of section 10, or that an ad or your product breaks this section, we may refuse to run it, pause it, or end the service. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.
12. Fees and payment
12.1 The Connect fee
| Your monthly ad spend through Adfura | Fee per 30 days |
|---|---|
| Up to $3,000 | $99 |
| Up to $15,000 | $179 |
| Over $15,000 | By quote |
- Above $15,000 of monthly ad spend the fee is by quote. We agree it with you in writing before the period starts, and we do not invoice such a period until it is agreed.
- In the allowed-but-risky lane (section 10) the fee is doubled: $198 and $358.
- The smallest ad budget Connect runs is $300 a month. That is money you put into your own Telegram ad account, not a payment to us. We ask for it because below that a monthly fee would be a large share of what you actually spend, and because 30 days of a smaller budget does not produce enough results for us to stand behind the guarantee in section 13.
- The fee covers the full discovery run for your niche (section 4) and running your ads. There is no separate charge for discovery.
- Managed is not offered under these terms. When it is, its smallest ad budget will be $50, and it will come with its own terms and prices.
12.2 How you pay
- Our prices are in US dollars, and each 30-day period is paid in advance. A period starts when your payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
- You pay in crypto: USDT by default, or Gram if you prefer, to the address and on the network shown in the invoice that @adfurabot sends you.
- USDT: one USDT counts as one US dollar, so the amount of USDT on the invoice is the price in dollars.
- Gram: we convert the dollar price at the rate at the moment the invoice is issued, taken from one public rate source, and we print that rate, its source and the exact time on the invoice itself. The amount of Gram on the invoice does not change while the invoice is valid, whichever way the market moves in the meantime. The invoice shows how long it is valid; if it expires before you pay, ask for a new one, which will carry a new rate taken the same way. We use the same source for every Gram invoice and for every customer, and we tell you before we change it.
- Send the exact amount, of the right asset, on the network the invoice shows. A payment sent on another network, in another asset or to another address may be lost. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed.
- Network fees are yours to pay.
12.3 Your plan's limit. We keep your spend through Adfura within your plan's monthly limit. To spend more, you move to a bigger plan, and we never move you without asking. Telegram's delay (section 9.1) can take your spend slightly over the limit; we do not charge you for that. Spend in Gram or another currency counts in US dollars at the same public rate source we use for Gram invoices, taken when we record the spend, and kept with its source and time.
12.4 What the fee does not include. It does not include your ad spend, which you pay to Telegram. If a tax applies to our fee, the invoice shows it before you pay.
12.5 If a period is not paid, we pause the ads we run for you and stop working until you pay.
12.6 Refunds. Our fees are non-refundable. The one exception is the guarantee in section 13. This does not take away any right to a refund that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
13. The first-50 guarantee
For our first 50 paying customers: if your cost per result does not beat your baseline in your first 30 days, we refund your first fee in full.
- Who qualifies: the first 50 customers, counted by the date of their first confirmed payment. The guarantee applies once per customer and once per ad account.
- Your baseline: your cost per result, for the same kind of result, in the 30 days before you connect. A kind of result is, for example, bot starts, channel joins or purchases. We take the baseline from your Telegram ad account, or from records you show us, and we record it with you in @adfurabot before we start, where both of us can see it. If there is nothing to compare against, we agree a baseline with you before you pay; if we cannot agree one, the guarantee does not apply.
- The comparison: your cost per result from the ads we run in your first 30 days, for the same kind of result and the same link. If it is not lower than your baseline, you get the refund.
- A fair test: the guarantee does not apply if, during those 30 days, you change the product or the link, pause us for more than 3 days in total, or break these terms.
- How to claim: ask in @adfurabot within 14 days after the 30 days end. We pay the refund within 14 days, in crypto: the same amount, in the same asset and on the same network you paid with, back to the wallet you paid from.
- The refund covers our fee only, never your ad spend (section 8).
14. Data, confidentiality and your token
14.1 Personal data. Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect and what we do with it.
14.2 Your data. The data from your ad account and your results belong to you. You allow us to use them to run the service for you, and to improve it in aggregated or anonymised form. Your data never crosses to another customer, and theirs never crosses to you. What you tell us, your ads and your results never appear in what another customer sees, with one exception, which never names you:
- a "proven in your niche" badge on a placement.
Separately, the price ranges we show (section 4) come from market statistics that combine many accounts, so that no figure can be traced back to one customer.
What the full discovery run finds out about public channels and bots is not your data, and it joins our catalogue (section 4).
14.3 Our information. The placements we find, our research and our reports are ours. What we show you is for your own business. Do not copy it in bulk, scrape it, resell it or use it to build a competing service, and do not try to work out how our system makes its decisions. Some reports, such as buyers per placement, are shown only in our app and cannot be exported.
14.4 Your token. Your Ads API token controls your ad account and the money in it, so treat it like a password. Give it to us only in @adfurabot. We store it encrypted and use it only to run your ads (privacy policy, section 5). You can revoke it at any time in your Telegram ad account.
15. Ending the service
15.1 You can stop at any time, in @adfurabot or by writing to @adfurasupport. We pause the ads we run for you, then delete your token. Your ads stay in your account, paused, and your balance stays there too (section 8). The fee for the current period is not refunded, except under the guarantee in section 13.
Revoking your token in Telegram also stops us. But then we can no longer pause your ads, and they keep running and spending until you pause them yourself. It is best to stop in @adfurabot first and then revoke the token.
15.2 We can end the service for any reason. We then tell you at least 7 days before, and the service does not end before the end of the period you have already paid for. We can pause or end it at once, without refunding the current period, in three cases: if you break these terms, if Telegram restricts your account or asks us to stop, or if the law requires it.
15.3 After the end, sections 8, 13 (for a claim already made), 14.3, 17, 19 and 20 still apply.
16. Beta, availability and Telegram
Connect is a beta. We run it with care, but we provide it as it is. It may have errors or outages, and its features may change. Much of it depends on Telegram, whose API, auctions, review and rules can change or stop at any time, and we do not control them.
17. Limits on our liability
- We are not responsible for Telegram's decisions: its reviews, declines, auction prices and account restrictions, or money that it keeps under its terms.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, revenue or business.
- Our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
- You will cover our losses from claims caused by your ads, your product, or your breach of these terms or of Telegram's rules.
18. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will tell you in @adfurabot at least 14 days before a change that affects you, unless the law requires it sooner. If you keep using Adfura after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop (section 15).
19. Disputes
If you have a problem with Adfura, tell us first at @adfurasupport, and we will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. If we cannot, either of us may take the dispute to a court that has jurisdiction over it.
20. Language versions
These terms exist in English and in Persian, and both say the same thing. If the two ever differ, the English version prevails.
